The Messenger of Truth

After being tagged as the NBN-ZTE Star Witness and Pinoy Jedi Knight, Lozada is now regarded as THE MESSENGER OF TRUTH. At least to Sen. Pimentel that is.

Lozada’s crusade for the Truth has continued on to Cebu where he will do his usual routine of touring colleges and universities and other publicity stints. These days, I’m not sure exactly what Lozada is going around the country for: for Truth, for Justice, for People Power or for PGMA’s resignation. These may sound the same but actually they’re not.

When Lozada is for the TRUTH, to me that means calling for Neri et.al to come out and tell all. Never mind their fishy and muddy background, just tell all to convict the masterminds; we’ll worry about sending them to courts and forgiving them later. I mean, look at Lozada: he admitted he’s involvement and now, we’ve forgiven him. Well, not entirely because I still want to put him on trial for those anomalous deals he did while he was the CEO for PhilForest. That’s fair right? Erap, who never admitted to anything except being played for by his enemies, has even been given a pardon. See? That’s how forgiving and forgetful we are. While it may be true that the Truth protects him now, let us not forget that LOZADA’S TRUTH CAN ALSO BE RELATIVE. He’s not only capable of telling the truth, mind you; he can also tell lies to protect himself. He’s only human after all.

When Lozada is for JUSTICE, to me that means equality to all; that he and all those hauled in the deal will get fair trial and convictions, if found guilty. No one should be above the law, no guilty one should be spared because of mass appeal or popularity or because the opposition is for him. If we want the truth, justice should follow to dispense the might of our law. To what purpose do we have the law if it is repeatedly ignored? It’s about time we let the institutions in this country do their duties with honesty and integrity.

When Lozada is for People Power, to me that means creating another political tragedy. Not only do we risk being used by those stinking trapos but we expose our naivety and immaturity towards politics. How do we choose our leaders or rather, how do we let ourselves get tricked by their speeches and promises? They don’t even write their own material, for goodness’ sake. Well my point is that Lozada should not call for a People Power because he is in no position to do so. Is he in politics? Does he want to be in politics in the future? When he gives his speeches, Lozada seems more of a politician than a crusader. It’s pretty ambitious of him to aspire becoming an icon of People Power 3, if ever.

When Lozada is for PGMA’s resignation, to me that means giving authority to an illegitimate rule and clearing the presidential position for whoever. Last I checked, no clear line leading to PGMA has been established in the investigation of the NBN-ZTE Scandal right? Though to me it seems so obvious she’s in it, still if we want to prove her guilt, we should have concrete proof that she is and put the case against her in proper channels e.g. impeachment because I think it’s the only way to bring her to court or charge her. But since the 1-year ban of impeaching a president is still on, goodluck to us all. And since the Senate investigations of the NBN-ZTE Scandal is in aid of legislation, why not do something with the 1-year ban? Or would that be too reckless?

Also, I think we should stop harassing CBCP or the church to support Lozada’s rising career. It’s in the law that the church and the state are separate entities. I find it rather confusing that we, as a secular state, demand that religion get in between state affairs. If we want that to happen, the government will lose its mandate and do we want the church to dictate our laws? Conflict of interest, that’s it.

  • If Lozada is the Messenger of Truth then how true is is that Archdiocese of Cebu has become Archdiocese of Malacañang?

Lozada is becoming harsh, too harsh a he become famous. And it’s too sad to note that he is losing respect for what he is doing.

  • i think lozada is now positioning himself as a possible senatorial candidate of the opposition come 2010 presidential elections. all indications lead to that premise that if the ” crusade” failed in the coming months there is no other recourse than to do ala trillanes candidacy. my impression is that there is a good chance for him to make it at the Senate given the mood and temper of the electorate during the mid-term political exercise.

  • Pwede nang gumawa ng Libro si Lozada.

    “The Gospel According to Lozada”

  • mr. / miss joon lozada, sisters, brothers and mother superior phing. at first it was merely king joe c. perez a/k/a jose de venecia. kr/ and prince joey perez perez a/k/a joey de venecia 3rd who were taking full care of joon loxada. then he was passed onto mother superior phing, principal / dean of the Witness Academy. from his abject loneliness, to his inutility, suddenly joon lozada now appears to be otherwise. he is mr. invincible. the brave survivor of a conjured kidnap-cum-imagined assassination attempt. his retorts have grown to be very harsh, boastful, scathingly virulent and he keeps repeating that word: Malacañang obssessively. it’s as if he is a robot saying things that are not under his control. which will appear to be the case since his present handler, mother superior phing is the head of the school called witness academy and the academy never deals in being lovey dovey with Malacañang. however the escorts of joon lozada who also were the guard dogs of fellow students of witness academy angelo zuce, sandra cam, boy mayor, etcetera, say that in the mornings, none of these kids ever knew the full extent of what they will be saying for the day. only upon being given the script for one day will they know what to speak about. but the topics for the next day, they were prohibited from knowing. else they might get caught like mawanay and start spilling beans all over kingdom come. all that frothing in the mouth by the witnesses will someday be revealed as mere lies, scripted and fabricated by homosexuals like mother superior phing and genius maniacs like surge sosmania and their ilk.

the use of the church now, is actually part of the bigger plot of the mother superior and her allies’ expensive storyline. fifty million reasons (daw) made lozada come forward, that certain icons say, talk is not cheap. well, hollywood stars get more for their lines, but lozada in the bargaining mode happened to say: aba, sulit na kayo diyan. if i really named my true patriotic fund amount, it should be closer to the hundred or hundreds of millions. not even a billion could compensate for my life and the suffering i will go through together with my sisters, brothers (and mistresses and homosexual relationship partners — which, you know, technically makes joon also a homo, whether he /she likes it or not). in this sense, i imagine joon lozada to be sincerely loyal and very generous to his family. after all he would not have named a patriotic fund fee in that magnitude if he was not thinking of the love for his family. or awarded parcels of land from philforest to his poor family as if he were making presidential proclamations to segregate this or that piece of property for this and that noble purpose. perhaps, our mighty joon truly wanted to be president and not just a senator, neither a lowly congressman nor stupid mayor. after all he’s already been issuing proclamations left and right and his real gutzpah and bragadoccio is showing perfectly now. does the senate witness academy of the philippines (swap) have more tricks like these in its sleeves? i wonder.

but wow! i thought we were really off to another revolution!

  • The church has always had sway in Philippine politics though.

It just seems that this time around, even the church is not exactly sure what it wants.

I really think there are bigger issues looming in the horizon than ZTE. There’s the rice shortage, the plummeting dollar, and the world price of oil at $110 per barrel that most people in the country have seemed to ignore. Oh, and somehow the blame will also be pinned on GMA for those too.

If divisive politics continues to be the order of the day instead of uniting to prepare for a worldwide economic recession, then everyone in The Philippines is in deep dog doo in so many ways.

  • volume-addict –

i totally agree with you. but back in 2001, someone i head it was mother superior and her superior with the moustache from greenhills, wanted the kilo of rice to be P50. the dollar, i don’t known at what rate they wanted it to be but they planned to alter the exchange at the time, and all the other commodities prices hiked. now it happened. hyaaaay!!! and they’re so on to their saddles now, with mr. moustache man behind being carried by a litter but never, mind you, letting others into the secret. after all, they are the knights that once bled the nation by signing all those loan packages, projects-to-be-paid-for-with-taxes, brought by locals, inchics, espanyoles, banyagas at after midnight into rps ang pangulo, or malacanang or this or that striptease joint where they, the knights were always drinking johnny walker blue as if it was their last bottle and receiving the proverbial offering to the monarchy in suitcases filled with myrrh, incense, gold…

now wait there, the monarch was somewhere else! damn! they, the knights and their pages, who signed the edicts with the merchants and builders and used the seal of the monarchy, afterwards ran off with the offerings! and in the end had sold out the entire kingdom!!! damn!!!

  • what happened to the church back then? they balked against the wholesale. they rebelled against the knights and there was idiot peasant power all over! so now the knights bought one priest after another so that when they return to power, there will be no more idiot peasant power. meanwhile, if they can use the idiot peasant power for themselves too, for their own purposes, well and good! and they were even joined by faux pax monarchy like baroness quoreec, baron guingunggong, earl of the realm jue perez a/k/a juedeh venezians and son, count money bilyar (who owes pag-ibig, gsis, sss, etc. enormous sums of gold for buildings he is now selling in the monarchy but for whom he does not want to give offerings to the realm), and all the rest of the monkeys who want to ride the tiger. of course, they are all welcome to the knights. kingdom politics is addition, not subtraction, right?

in the end, the knights are the unifiers. they are adding everyone into the formula. the problem with the tribe of gloria is they won’t join the knights. she says, its all economics why she won’t join. of course, it’s all economics, but the knights don’t understand anything and won’t hear of it. in the wilds during war. in the valleys and fields, you hear the echoes all the time (what gnomics?) and sometimes they frighten you. who cares about echoes? or gnomics? the knights don’t want anything to do with gnomes or leprechauns, elves and dwarfs. they’re knights and call the gloria tribe full of shit.

and that who cares about division? the noble knights say? even mother superior, noble female knight, pedophile non-pareil, welcomes the division. after all, the tone for the day is let the idiot peasants suffer! let all hell break loose! and that’s the time when they can really ride the tiger and lead us all into damnation! whew! what the devil have we got ourselves into?

  • dearest niña:

i wrote about a seeming parallelism between the kidnapping of our ever dearest Joaannie Lozada and Ces Drilon here —
